This public function can be used without signing in. For account security, provide the email address and the order, transaction, or subscription reference shown on your receipt or customer portal.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless an earlier date is legally required, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is distinct from withdrawal and does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

The function records the declaration immediately, attempts to stop renewal with the applicable billing provider, and returns a downloadable receipt with the request ID, content, date, and time. An email acknowledgement is queued to the address supplied.
