Create Galleries

Galleries keep your Media organized and make Shares easy to build. Think of Galleries as folders that can also be nested.

Create a Gallery

1. Click the + next to Galleries in the sidebar.
2. Name the Gallery and add a description if needed.
3. Choose where it lives (All Galleries or a Collection).
4. Upload Media or create Sub-Galleries to structure the work.

Sub-Galleries

Use Sub-Galleries to break down projects. Example: Client X > Pre-Selection, RAW, Finals.

You can move Galleries in the sidebar by dragging them. The same Gallery can live in multiple Collections.

Gallery settings

Open the Gallery settings to update the name, description, and title image. The title image appears in grids and Share previews.

Share from a Gallery

Use the Share menu inside a Gallery to create a new Share or manage existing ones. This is the fastest way to send a curated selection.
