What is Framebird?

Framebird is a cloud storage primarily designed for photographers, artists, designers, and studios who work on projects, feedback rounds and client requests. However, its user-friendly interface and visually appealing design make it accessible to everyone, including those who wish to share vacation photos or other personal work.

Do I need to be a tech expert to use Framebird?

Not at all! Framebird has been build to be as user-friendly and joyful to use as putting together a photo album. You don't need any design or tech skills. We stand by our promise to make sharing your work as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Do I get support as a customer?

Yes, and very much so. In our software, you'll find the help articles that help you step by step or just email us at [email protected].

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for annual plans. If you choose to pay annually, you will receive a 20% discount. Other than that we offer discounts for students and non-profit organizations. Please contact us for more information.

What payment methods does Framebird accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can switch plans anytime. If you want to upgrade your plan, you can do so in your account settings. If you want to downgrade your plan, you can do so in your account settings as well, the downgrade will occur at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens if I go over my storage limit?

If you exceed your storage limit, you will receive a notification letting you know that you have reached your capacity. You will need to upgrade your storage to the next bigger plan in your account settings to continue storing files.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, all of our plans are risk-free, and you can cancel your subscription anytime while retaining full access to that plan until the end of that billing cycle. If you have an annual plan, you can cancel it within the first 30 days of signing up. If you have a monthly plan, you can cancel it within the first 5 days of signing up. Additionally, if you want to downgrade your current plan, you can do so easily in your account settings.
