You’re in. This guide walks you through your first Gallery and Share, and shows where the key tools live.
Dashboard & onboarding
Your dashboard shows a simple checklist: create a Gallery, upload Media, and share it. Use the quick actions to move fast.
You can always open the Help Center from the dashboard or sidebar if you want deeper guides.
Follow these steps to organize and share your Media:
Create a Gallery
Use the + button in the sidebar, name your Gallery, and choose where it lives. You can place it in All Galleries or inside a Collection.
Upload Media
Drag and drop files or folders into the Gallery. You can keep working while uploads run in the background.

Customize your Share appearance
Go to Settings > Appearance > Shares.
Pick a theme and fine-tune the grid size, spacing, and corner radius until it matches your style. You can save multiple presets and reuse them across Shares.
Logo Upload
Upload your logo so every Share feels on-brand. You can manage multiple logos and pick the right one per Share.
Create and send a Share
Open your Gallery and click Share in the top right.
Give the Share a title and an optional message for recipients.
You can preview changes on the right. To change the title image, open the Media menu (three dots on any item) and choose Set as Title Image.
Add a password if you want extra protection.
Click Share to generate the Share URL and send it to viewers.
Review with comments and status (optional)
If comments and status are enabled in the Share settings, viewers can leave feedback and you can set review statuses.
How recipients see the Share
Tips
- Use the Command Bar (⌘K) to search and jump to Media, Galleries, Shares, and Tags.
- Add Collections to group Galleries for larger projects.
- Visit Settings to customize your workspace and branding.
