Withdraw a Contract

If a statutory withdrawal right applies to your distance contract, you can use the function below during the withdrawal period. This route is continuously available and records your declaration with an immutable receipt time.

Paid orders are sold by the Merchant of Record identified at checkout and on your receipt. Framebird will coordinate a payment-related withdrawal with that seller. You may also contact the seller directly. Using this function does not reduce any other way in which the law permits you to withdraw.

You receive an on-screen receipt that can be downloaded and an email acknowledgement is queued immediately. Framebird reviews the declaration, stops further service where required, and coordinates any refund or transaction action with Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. Mandatory withdrawal and defect rights remain unaffected.
