Choose what you want to keep
Save images and videos
Right-click Media or select readable images and videos from the current page. Direct saves upload the file to Framebird.
Keep a page with a preview
Save a page URL with a preview. A page preview is a visual bookmark, not an offline archive of the whole website.
Capture the detail
Capture a selected area, the visible area, or a full page. Screenshots preserve the rendered view, not the original source file.
Get started in three steps
Install and sign in
Add Save to Framebird from the Chrome Web Store. Open the extension, sign in to Framebird, then return to the page you want to save.
Choose your Gallery
Open Destination and choose a Gallery or Sub-Gallery. This destination applies to popup and right-click saves.
Save, then revisit
Right-click an image to save it, or open the extension for more options. Open the destination Gallery in Framebird to find your saved reference.

Which browsers are supported?
Save to Framebird is currently available in the Chrome Web Store for Chrome. There are no Firefox or Safari downloads available here.
Do I need an account or a paid plan?
You need a Framebird account. The extension is free to install. Saved content uses your account storage; the Free plan includes 2 GB. See Pricing for current plan details.
Does it work on every website?
No. Browser-internal pages cannot be captured, and some sites block access to Media. The picker sees content loaded on the current page, not an entire site or profile. An unreadable source may be captured or saved as a page preview; it is not always an original file.
Why does the extension need website access?
Website access lets the extension read and fetch Media you choose to save, including files hosted on another domain. It also uses Framebird session cookies to connect your account and browser capture permissions for screenshots.
Can I reuse the images I save?
Saving a reference does not transfer copyright or permission to publish it. Check the source and get the rights you need before reusing someone else's work.
