Start a brand inspiration board by choosing a brief, collecting a small set of references, and writing down why they fit. In Framebird, organize this research in a Gallery. This guide is a worked example, not an installable template.

Set a brief before you collect

For a small coffee brand, try three words: warm, tactile, independent. Create a Gallery called Coffee brand references, then Sub-Galleries for typography, color and materials, and photography. Use these categories to make each save intentional.

Collect references that answer the brief

Save a type specimen for its letterforms, packaging for its color palette, and a café photo for its lighting. Use the Chrome extension to send each reference to the relevant Sub-Gallery. Capture a selected area when only one detail matters.

Edit the collection into a useful brief

Compare the references and remove those that pull in a different direction. Add a short note to explain each choice, such as warm side lighting or uncoated paper texture. Present a selected set through a Share, keeping the source and usage rights in mind.
