Do I need a .edu email address?
No. Any active educational email address works, for example a .edu address, a national academic domain such as .ac.uk, or your university's own domain. If your school's domain is uncommon, mention your school's name and website in your email.
What should I include in my email request?
Use a subject like "Framebird student discount request" and send the email from your educational address. Include your name, your school, and your program or course. You do not need to attach an ID, we verify the educational email address itself.
