Workspace & Branding

Control how your workspace looks and how your Shares are presented. These settings help you keep everything consistent for clients and collaborators.

General settings

Open Settings → General to manage workspace basics.

• Set your workspace name.
• Choose your Framebird link (slug) used for Share URLs.
• Pick the app language.

Appearance (Admin Panel)

Open Settings → Appearance to customize the admin UI.

• Choose a UI theme.
• Set an accent color.
• Adjust grid tile rounding.

Share Themes & presets

Open Settings → Theme → Shares to style your Shares.

• Create and edit Share Theme presets.
• Customize grid style, spacing, tile size, and rounding.
• Choose fonts and color schemes.
• Add a logo and hide the “Shared with” button when needed.

Logos

Manage logos in Settings → Theme → Logos.

• Upload image logos or create text-based logos.
• Save multiple logos and pick the right one per Share.

Social links

Open Settings → Social to add your social profiles and website. These links appear on Shares and help viewers connect with you.

Notifications

Open Settings → Notifications to control email and in-app alerts.

• Comments and mentions on Shares.
• Status changes on Media.
• Changelog updates.
• Marketing and onboarding emails.
• Use the bell icon in the sidebar to review notifications.
