Use search and organization tools to find the right Media fast and keep large libraries tidy.

Command Bar & global search

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl + K on Windows) or click the Command Bar.

• Search across Media, Galleries, Shares, and Tags.
• Run quick actions like creating a Gallery or Share.
• Jump directly to a result without leaving your current view.

Search page & filters

The Search page is built for deeper queries.

• Combine text search with filters and sorting.
• Switch between grid and flow views.
• Use search results as a starting point for Shares.

Grid controls & selection

Fine-tune how content is displayed.

• Adjust tile size, spacing, and rounding.
• Toggle filename, file size, dimensions, and extensions.
• Enter selection mode to run bulk actions like Share, Download, or Delete.

Tags

Tags help you group related Media across different Galleries.

• View all Tags in one place.
• Filter Media by Tag.
• Rename Tags, change colors, merge, or delete them.

Categories

Categories are a structured way to organize and filter content.

• Create Categories with names, colors, and slugs.
• Apply Categories to Media and filter by Category.
