Share Settings & Review

Fine-tune how your Share looks and behaves, then review Media with comments and statuses. Most settings can be changed after sharing.

General settings

• Sort order: control how Media is ordered in the Share.
• Allow downloads: let viewers download files and set a maximum resolution.
• Allow comments: enable text comments and image annotations.
• Allow status: let viewers set review statuses on Media.

Security

• Password protection: add a password for private Shares.
• Expiry date: automatically disable access after a date.

Advanced options

• Show EXIF: display camera metadata to viewers.
• Show position data: show location metadata when available.
• Include Sub-Galleries: automatically include nested Galleries.
• Notify on activity: get notified about new comments or status changes.

Theme presets

Use theme presets to control the Share’s look.

• Pick a Share Theme preset.
• Adjust grid style, spacing, tile size, and rounded corners.
• Choose fonts and color schemes.
• Pick a logo and hide the “Shared with” button if needed.

Review tools

Open any Media in the Share viewer to review and collaborate.

• Leave comments on Media.
• Add annotations on images.
• Set status colors (for example: approved / needs changes).
• Download files directly from the viewer.

Best practices

• Enable comments for feedback rounds and disable when final.
• Use status colors to keep review decisions consistent.
• Set an expiry date for time-limited deliveries.
