Account & Billing
Manage your profile, security, and subscription from Settings. Most changes apply instantly and will reflect across your workspace.
Profile & security
Open Settings → Account to manage your personal details.
From here, you can:
- Update your display name.
- Change your email address.
- Upload, replace, or remove your avatar.
- Change your password.
- Sign out of the current session.
Change your email
Click your email field to open the change-email dialog. You may be asked to confirm your password. We send a confirmation email so you can verify the new address. Once confirmed, the new email becomes the address used for sign-in and notifications.
Check your inbox to confirm the new address before it can be used for login and notifications.
Change your password
Click the password field to open the change-password dialog. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the login screen to receive a reset link. After you set a new password, we’ll send a confirmation email so you know the change went through.
If you can’t access your email account in order to reset your Framebird password, please contact your email provider to recover access.
Delete your account
In the Danger zone, choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. This action can’t be undone.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Add another account
Use Add Account to sign in with a second account and switch between workspaces without logging out.
Subscription & billing
Open Settings → Subscription to manage your plan.
Here you can:
- View your current plan and usage.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Redeem promo codes.
- Access invoices (when available for your plan).
