Create & Manage Shares

Shares are curated presentations of Media and Galleries. Use them to deliver selections, gather feedback, and send finals.

Create a Share

You can start a Share from a Gallery, from selected Media, or from a mixed set of Elements.

1. Open a Gallery or select Media.
2. Click Share in the top bar.
3. Add a name, optional message, and cover (an image or video).
4. Click Share to generate the Share URL.

Share from a Gallery

The Share menu inside a Gallery shows existing Shares for that Gallery.

• Use Create new Share to start from the current Gallery.
• Use Copy Share URL or Open Share for quick access.
• Use Settings to update an existing Share.

Send a Share

• Copy the Share URL and send it to viewers.
• Use Invite to email people directly.
• Download a QR code for quick sharing.

Manage Shares

Open Shares in the sidebar to see everything you’ve shared.

• Rename a Share to match a project or milestone.
• Update settings like password, expiry, downloads, and review options.
• Delete a Share when it’s no longer needed.

Tips

• Update the cover to control how the Share is previewed.
• If you change a Share’s settings, the Share updates for viewers automatically.
• Use a password for client work or private selections.
• Right-click any image or video in the grid and choose Make Share Cover.
• In the Share settings dialog, you can also drag & drop an image or video onto the Share top bar to update the cover.
